The opportunity
Europe will not obtain technological agency by consuming intelligence through interfaces controlled elsewhere. It needs competitive inference, strong open models, regional data infrastructure and buyers willing to create a market for them.
Warsaw can become a practical center of that stack: technical enough to build it, cost-conscious enough to make it efficient, and close enough to European institutions and industry to deploy it.
What we are looking for
- radically cheaper inference for European open models;
- deployable systems for regulated and sovereign environments;
- compute financing and procurement models that create durable capacity;
- companies that turn excellent Polish engineering into European infrastructure.
