Cheap, reliable and abundant power is an input into almost every serious frontier ambition: compute, advanced manufacturing, synthetic biology and defense production.
Poland's energy transition should therefore be designed as industrial policy. The question is not only how to decarbonize the existing economy, but what new economy becomes possible when energy stops being scarce.
